This is the base image for an emailer I’m designing for one of the recruiters at my internship. He wanted a way to snazzy up an invitation he’s sending to all of the interns for a baseball game. I told him I’d volunteer since I’m the only designer out of 60 interns here in Mountain View (also, being the eager-beaver to shine in some way). I don’t think it’s entirely done yet…I might add a little more details to AT&T Stadium in the background there. Maybe a bird or two? I just don’t want to over clutter it. :T Tools: Adobe Illustrator 5.1, Photoshop 5.1Time: 5 hours

This was definitely one of the more enjoyable commissions I got to do. The Game Prototyping Challenge crew needed a banner for their 13th competition. Indie game fans will enjoy this one. :3

Ahhh, logo spam! This time, it’s really honestly for me. Say hello to my official new logo. (Yes, that poor sad other cupcake will be discarded in the heap of thrown out artwork.) I was going for something a little more minimalist and a little more fun on what it means to be a “micro” cake.

I went through about 3-4 different rounds of logos before I was really really happy with this one. This also means I need to design/order new business cards, so I don’t know if I should be thrilled or crying with my empty wallet.

This was an experimental logo I made. It’s not necessarily a rebranding, but I think it’ll be handy to use in the future when I venture more into programming projects. It’s also my first major venture into gradient meshes. (The first official being the egg for Gumdrop and Snelly)
